On Wednesday, August 3, 2010, Beights Corporation received affirmation of the Zoning Adminstrator's decision regarding Redfields, a Beights Corporation residential community.

Redfields, a residential community located in Albemarle County, Virginia, is zoned as a Planned Residential Development (PRD).  The recent decision by the Board of Zoning Appeals supported the determination made by the Zoning Administrator for Albemarle County regarding the open space within Redfields.  The determination is that the parcel in question within the Redfields development is not required common open space.
