Redfields, a Beights Corporation residential community, has a application before the Albemarle County Planning Commission to develop a new phase in its nearly-completed community.  Local publication, C-Ville Weekly, outlined the request in their article published this week.

Located in Albemarle County, Virginia, on the southern side of the City of Charlottesville, Redfields is a community of single-family detached homes, woods, and nature trails.  Developed by Beights Corporation and Montague Miller & Co. Real Estate, the community has been thriving for several years. Now that Biscuit Run, formerly slated to provide 1,100 homes to the County's designated growth area, has become a state park, Redfields is perfectly positioned to satisfy demand for housing in that section of the County.
