Comprised of individuals with expertise in construction, development, design, land use, government ordinances, marketing, and accounting services, the Beights Corporation team offers an extensive breadth of knowledge. Having created developments in Texas and across the Commonwealth of Virginia, Beights Corporation has grown to provide assistance to developers, builders, contractors, landscape architects, and engineers with a variety of projects.
Andrea Sarate McNeill, Director of Marketing and Business Development
A native of Virginia, Andrea received her training in economic development at James Madison University while working under President Ronald Carrier. In addition to a career in teaching and development at JMU, Andrea spent several years in non-profit development for public radio. After returning to Central Virginia to attend the University of Virginia, she continued her efforts in the field of development by joining the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® as Director of Communications and Public Relations.
Andrea left CAAR to launch her own firm, providing marketing and public relations consulting to area real estate developers, builders, and brokerages. Andrea resides in Old Trail Village with her husband, allowing her to speak from personal experience about the joys of the Old Trail community.
